Tanja Magnus
Finance Architect & Transformation Executive
My work sits at the intersection of Enterprise Steering, Finance, Management Control and ERP — with a focus on Value Creation and the Human–AI Work Architecture required for the AI age.

Mission
Reframe economic steering around Economic Performance.
I work on how organisations can evolve their economic steering logic so that Economic Performance, Resource Consumption and Accountability become transparent across organisational boundaries.
The central lever is the economic replacement of cost-center-based steering with a WBS-based Economic Performance and Resource Architecture — while preserving financial continuity.
The AI-era workplace needs an architecture in which human and AI-enabled Economic Performance remains economically addressable and clearly accountable.
Focus areas
Align management thinking with ERP use.
Enterprise Steering
Extend organisational cost and reporting views with Economic Performance and resource information.
ERP use
Use and extend existing ERP structures so that the new economic semantics are represented reliably.
Human & AI
Place Economic Performance, roles, Accountability and Human-in-the-Loop on a robust economic foundation.
